Town Rent Roll.

[Note. - Three of these eighteenth century Rolls have been preserved. One is copied into the book which contains the Chief Rent Roll of 1753. Another is dated 1794. The one published here is undated, but apparently belongs to the very end of the century. It gives (1) the dates of the leases; (2) a number of facts of value to the student of the industrial history of Kidwelly. Among the "common lands" mentioned in the Roll of 1758 are two "messuage-burgages" and one "burgage-cottage".]
